Description
The Olympus BX60M optical microscope provides magnification ranging from 5× to 100× and supports digital image acquisition with post-processing capabilities. It is equipped for both polarized light microscopy and Nomarski interference contrast microscopy, which enhances visualization by comparing differences in optical path lengths. This allows for imaging of features that are otherwise difficult to see, making it especially useful for examining unstained biological samples and detecting defects in thin semiconductor materials. The system also supports real-time observation during analysis.
