Shimadzu UV-2600i Plus Spectrophotometer

Description

The Shimadzu UV-2600i Plus is a spectrophotometer that uses a single monochromator to generate a dual beam thus creating a sample and a reference path of light. With the standard stage, it has an effective range of 185-900nm of wavelength. The spectrophotometer is also equipped with an integrating sphere attachment that allows for an effective range of wavelength interrogation from 220-1400nm. The standard stage can measure transmittance and absorbance of thin films, wafers and liquids. In addition, the reflectance stage enables relative specular reflective measurements at a 5-degree angle eliminating the need for polarizers. The integrating sphere attachment can investigate solids, liquids, thin films, wafers and mirror type substances. The intuitive LabSolutions software helps keep data acquisition simple and streamlined.
