- Go to Facility Online Manager (FOM)
- Login using your TXState login and password
- Fill in your details, press submit.
- Select ‘Click here to add Project Name’
- Select your supervisor from the drop-down menu
- Select the project your supervisor/instructor asked you to join, press submit
- Log into CRO CANVAS site, and complete the Welcome to CRO Module and pass the quiz with 100%
- Review additional resources. These explain how to sign up for trainings in FOM
- Log into Lab Safety Training CANVAS site
- Complete safety training modules and associated quizzes pertinent to your research area (ask your supervisor or CRO staff if you have questions)
- CRO strongly encourages all users to complete the following modules: Haz Comm, Haz Waste, Cryogen, Laser, X-ray, Compressed Gas
- Email analysisrsc@txstate.edu once you complete the safety trainings
- Review instructions about how to sign up for FOM trainings
- Once you complete required trainings and FOM is updated, you will receive an automatic email from FOM in confirmation
- Use FOM to request training on equipment per direction from your supervisor/instructor
