Description
The Leica CM1950 is a high-performance cryostat designed for precise and efficient frozen sectioning in biological, medical, and industrial applications. It features an encapsulated microtome with separate specimen cooling to ensure consistent, high-quality sectioning at thicknesses from 1 to 100 µm.
Independent temperature controls allow adjustment of the cryochamber from 0 to -35°C and the specimen head down to -50°C, providing optimal conditions for a wide range of tissue types.
