Description
The Rigaku Supermini200 is a high-power benchtop sequential wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It it used for the elemental analysis of solids, liquids, powders, alloys and thin films. The Rigaku Supermini200 is able to analyze matrix materials at trace or high concentration levels with its high XRF sensitivity X-ray tube.
Capabilities
- Elemental analysis (Oxygen to Uranium) – Covers a broad range of elements across the periodic table
- Wavelength-dispersive XRF (WDXRF) – Provides high resolution and accurate elemental identification
- High-sensitivity X-ray tube (50 kV, 200 W, Pd-anode) – Enables detection of trace and high concentration elements
- Wide sample compatibility – Supports solids, liquids, powders, alloys, and thin films
- Sample size capacity (up to 51.5 mm diameter) – Accommodates standard sample formats
- Crystal system (3-position changer) – Includes LiF(200) and PET crystals for optimized elemental detection
- Automatic sample changer (ASC) – Standard 10-position capacity (optional 12-position for smaller samples)
- Vacuum system (rotary pump) – Improves detection of light elements and measurement accuracy
- Flexible power requirements – Operates on 100–120V (15A) or 200–240V (10A) systems
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis – Suitable for both compositional identification and precise measurement
